  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Creamy High-Protein Cheese Base

  • ΒΎ cup non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Seasoning

  • Β½ tsp paprika
  • Β½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  1. Cook the shrimp
    • Heat olive oil/butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.
    • Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
    • Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  2. Wilt the spinach
    • In the same skillet, add chopped spinach.
    • Cook 1–2 minutes until fully wilted.
    • Remove excess liquid if needed.
  3. Make the creamy crab cheese
    • Lower heat to medium-low.
    • Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the skillet.
    • Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
    • Mix in Parmesan, Old Bay, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add crab & shrimp
    • Fold in crab meat carefully (don’t break it up too much).
    • Add cooked shrimp back in.
    • Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring gently, until warmed through.
  5. Taste & finish
    • Adjust salt, pepper, and seasoning.
    • Serve immediately.
