Creamy Baked Broccoli & Chicken (4 Ingredients, High Protein)

Ingredients (4 main ingredients)

  1. Chicken breast – 500 g (about 1 lb), diced
  2. Broccoli florets – 3 cups (fresh or frozen)
  3. Plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat) – 1½ cups
  4. Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese – 1 cup

Optional (does not count as ingredients):
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
  2. Cook the chicken
    Lightly cook diced chicken in a pan with a little water or oil until just cooked through.
  3. Prepare broccoli
    Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender (don’t overcook).
  4. Make it creamy
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Assemble
    Combine chicken and broccoli, pour yogurt mixture over it, and mix well.
  6. Top with cheese
    Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
