🍰 High-Protein Cool Whip & Pudding Frosting

Makes enough for 1 cake or ~12 cupcakes


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip (regular or light, thawed)
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) sugar-free instant pudding mix
    (vanilla, cheesecake, or chocolate work great)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or full-fat)
  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or casein, optional but adds protein)

  1. Mix pudding + yogurt
    • In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with Greek yogurt until smooth and thick.
  2. Add vanilla & protein (optional)
    • Stir in vanilla extract and protein powder if using.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip
    • Gently fold Cool Whip into the mixture until light and fluffy.
    • Don’t overmix β€” keep it airy!
  4. Chill
    • Refrigerate 15–30 minutes for best frosting texture.
