🛒 Ingredients
1 cup self-rising flour (or protein-enriched self-rising flour)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat for extra protein)
2 tbsp melted butter (or light butter)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms.
Gently fold in the melted butter (don’t overmix).
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet or lightly shape into biscuits.
Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden on top.
Brush with a little extra melted butter if desired and serve warm.
