- ΒΌ cup powdered sweetener (powdered sugar, monk fruit, or erythritol)

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in protein powder and sweetener until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop & shape dough into small balls and flatten gently with a fork.
- Bake for 10β12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
