WW-Friendly Caramel Peanut Ritz Cracker Treats

Lightened-Up Ingredient Swaps

The original is delicious but very point-heavy thanks to condensed milk, butter, and sugar. These swaps keep the flavor while lowering points:

Ingredients (Makes ~30 treats)

1 sleeve Ritz crackers (use original or reduced-fat if available)
½ cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp light butter or margarine
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped

👩‍🍳 How to Make (WW Version)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange Ritz crackers in a single layer.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed milk, light butter, and brown sugar. Stir constantly for 6–7 minutes until thick and caramel-like.
Lower heat and stir in milk, vanilla, and peanuts. Cook 1–2 minutes more.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the caramel-peanut mixture onto each cracker.
Let cool completely to set before serving.
🔢 WW POINTS (per treat)

Approximate values:

Blue / Purple: 2 points each
Green: 3 points each
👉 Tip: Stick to 1–2 treats for a perfect sweet fix without regret.

🍬 Optional WW Tweaks
Swap peanuts for PB2 + chopped peanuts to reduce fat
Drizzle sugar-free chocolate syrup (0–1 pt) instead of more caramel
Use mini Ritz for built-in portion control
