- 3 cups sweet corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- Β½ tsp salt
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper

- Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese, blended smooth)
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Flavor Boost
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley or chives

- Heat the Skillet
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter and let it melt.
- Cook the Corn
- Add corn to the skillet.
- SautΓ© for 4β5 minutes until hot and lightly caramelized.
- Add Honey & Seasoning
- Stir in honey, salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Cook 1β2 minutes until glossy.
- Make It Creamy & High-Protein
- Lower heat to low.
- Stir in Greek yogurt (or blended cottage cheese) until creamy.
- Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
- Finish & Serve
- Remove from heat.
- Garnish with herbs if desired.
