Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (for extra protein)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey/maple syrup. Stir until smooth.

3. Add Dry Ingredients:

Mix in the rolled oats until fully combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

4. Shape the Cookies:

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly to form cookie shapes.

5. Bake:

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.

6. Cool and Serve:

Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Enjoy a healthy, protein-packed breakfast or snack!
