1 ripe avocado (medium, ~150g) — provides creaminess
3–4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (adjust to taste)
Optional add-ins (still vegan, for flavor/texture):
1–2 tbsp maple syrup or agave (for extra sweetness)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
🥣 Instructions
- Prepare the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add Cocoa Powder
Add 3–4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder.
Optional: add sweetener, vanilla, or salt.
- Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high until creamy and silky.
Scrape down the sides and blend again if necessary.
Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder if desired.
- Chill (Optional)
For a firmer dessert, refrigerate 10–15 minutes.
Can also serve immediately for a pudding-like texture.

Spoon into small bowls or ramekins.
Optional toppings: sliced fruit, coconut flakes, crushed nuts, vegan chocolate chips, or a drizzle of nut butter.
