Creamy Parmesan Garlic Keto Pasta with Ground Beef – Low-Carb Comfort Food

Ingredients

For the “Pasta”

  • 4 cups zucchini noodles (zoodles) or 2 packs shirataki noodles, rinsed & drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

For the Beef & Sauce

  • 500g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles:
    • For zucchini noodles: sauté in olive oil for 2–3 minutes until just tender, then set aside.
    • For shirataki noodles: boil for 2–3 minutes, then sauté in a dry pan to remove extra moisture.
  2. Brown the beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
    • Drain excess fat if needed. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the creamy garlic sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
    • Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens (about 3–5 minutes).
  4. Combine everything:
    • Add the cooked beef back into the skillet, stir to coat in sauce.
    • Add your “pasta” and toss well so every strand is coated in creamy goodness.
  5. Serve:
    • Sprinkle with extra parmesan and fresh parsley.
    • Serve hot and enjoy that cheesy, garlicky bliss.

Pro Tip: If you want an even richer flavor, stir in 2 tbsp of cream cheese when making the sauce.
