Ingredients
- 8 oz imitation crabmeat (flake style), finely chopped
- 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
- ½ cup white onion, finely minced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Optional: Cocktail sauce for topping
Directions
- Mix it up: In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Use a spoon or hand mixer to blend everything into a smooth, chunky mixture.
- Shape and chill: Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap placed over a plate. Gather the wrap around the mixture and gently form it into a ball.
- Refrigerate: Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until firm and set.
- Serve it up: Unwrap and place the cheese ball on a serving platter.
