Spicy Devil Crab Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz imitation crabmeat (flake style), finely chopped
  • 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • ½ cup white onion, finely minced
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Cocktail sauce for topping

 Directions

  1. Mix it up: In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Use a spoon or hand mixer to blend everything into a smooth, chunky mixture.
  2. Shape and chill: Transfer the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap placed over a plate. Gather the wrap around the mixture and gently form it into a ball.
  3. Refrigerate: Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until firm and set.
  4. Serve it up: Unwrap and place the cheese ball on a serving platter.
    Optional: Drizzle with cocktail sauce for a bold finish.
  5. Enjoy: Serve with crackers, pretzels, pita chips, or crisp veggie sticks.
