Keto Garlic Rolls

Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese (about 4 Tbsp)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
🍯 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt Cheese
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Microwave 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 20–30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Stir until fully combined.
3️⃣ Make Dough
- In a separate bowl, mix:
- Almond flour
- Baking powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Add the melted cheese mixture and egg.
- Mix well with a spatula or your hands (lightly oil your hands if sticky) until a dough forms.
4️⃣ Shape Rolls
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
5️⃣ Bake
- Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
6️⃣ Prepare Garlic Butter
- While rolls bake, combine:
- Melted butter
- Minced garlic
- Chopped parsley
7️⃣ Brush & Finish
- Remove rolls from oven.
- Immediately brush generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
8️⃣ Serve
Enjoy warm! Perfect with keto soup, salad, or as a side.

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
- Reheat in oven or air fryer before serving.
