Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well until it holds together. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
Form Patties: Shape mixture into small patties (about 2β3 inches wide).
Cook: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties for 3β4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain & Serve: Remove patties and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side.
