Avocado Toast 4 Ways – A Breakfast Favorite!

🌟 Base Ingredients (for each toast):

  • 1 slice of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or your favorite)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: drizzle of olive oil or squeeze of lemon/lime

Tip: Toast the bread until golden and mash the avocado with a fork for best texture.


🥚 1. Classic with Egg

Toppings:

  • 1 fried, poached, or soft-boiled egg
  • Red chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:
Top mashed avocado with the egg of your choice. Season and finish with chili flakes for a kick.

Toppings:

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze or reduction
