Bake Time: 18โ€“22 minutes

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for kneading)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

1. Activate Yeast:

  • Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead by hand (8โ€“10 minutes) or with a dough hook (5โ€“6 minutes) until smooth and elastic. Add a little flour if sticky.

3. First Rise:

  • Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

4. Shape Rolls:

  • Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball.

6. Preheat & Bake:

  • Bake for 18โ€“22 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Garlic Butter Finish:

  • While rolls bake, melt butter and stir in minced garlic and parsley.
  • Brush warm rolls generously with garlic butter right after baking.

๐Ÿ“ Tips:

  • For a stronger garlic flavor, sautรฉ the garlic in butter for 1โ€“2 minutes before brushing.
  • Want cheesy rolls? Sprinkle grated mozzarella or Parmesan over the rolls before baking.
  • Can be made ahead: Shape and refrigerate the rolls overnight, then let them rise and bake the next day.
