1 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for strict keto)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, check carbs)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
½ tsp ginger (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prep the beef Thinly slice the beef against the grain. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook broccoli Steam or stir-fry broccoli in 1 tbsp oil for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
Stir-fry beef Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds, then add the beef. Stir-fry until browned (about 4-5 minutes).
Add sauce Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the beef.
Combine Add broccoli back into the pan. Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish and serve Sprinkle sesame seeds or chopped green onions on top (optional) and enjoy hot!
