Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) OR heat a skillet on medium if pan-frying.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Take a small portion of the mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a cube of cheddar in the center, and wrap the meat around it to form a ball. Repeat.
Cooking Options:
Oven: Place meatballs on a lined tray, brush with olive oil, and bake for 18–20 mins.
Pan: Heat olive oil and cook meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
