  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the filling:

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon or regular bacon, crumbled (optional but delicious)

Toppings (optional):

  • Lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, red onion rings
  • Burger buns or lettuce wraps (for low-carb)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, and bacon. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the turkey mix:
In another bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble burgers:
    • Divide turkey mixture into 4 balls.
    • Flatten each ball into a patty.
    • Add a spoonful of the jalapeño filling in the center of two patties.
    • Cover with another patty and seal the edges to form a stuffed burger.
  4. Cook:
    • Grill or pan-fry burgers over medium heat for about 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  5. Serve:
    • Place on a bun or lettuce wrap, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
