Banana Chips

Ingredients

  • Firm Bananas 2
  • Lemon Juice 1tbsp
  • Olive Oil 2tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar, 1tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp

Ingredients Notes

Bananas: I used firm bananas instead of soft ones. Because ripe (soft) bananas will become mushy during air-frying.
Lemon juice: It is used to give a zesty flavor. Both homemade and store-bought lemon juice are effective.
Olive Oil: We used olive oil so chips stuck to the air fryer. Cooking spray is also an option.
Black pepper and salt: Both these items are used as a seasoning.
Brown Sugar: I used this item to add a little sweet flavor.

  2. Next, place the bananas on a cutting board and cut them into fine slices using a knife.

  4. Mix well all seasonings with the help of a spoon.

Air-fryer

  1. Adjust the heat of the air fryer to 350 Fahrenheit for 4/5 minutes.
  2. Shift the coated bananas into the air fryer basket in straight directions.
  3. Drizzle over a small quantity of olive oil to avoid stickiness.
  4. Simmer it for 9–11 minutes in an air fryer or until crunchy.
  5. After 11 minutes, place the chips on a serving plate.
  6. The crispy chips are ready. Serve it with homemade ketchup or sauce.
