Homemade Payday Candy Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Prepare the pan: Line a small baking dish (like an 8×8) with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray.
- Mix the peanuts and caramel: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped peanuts with the sugar-free caramel sauce. Stir until all the peanuts are coated.
- Form the bars: Pour the peanut and caramel mixture into the prepared pan. Press the mixture down firmly to create an even layer.
- Optional chocolate drizzle: If you’re adding a chocolate drizzle, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the bars.
- Chill and set: Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the bars are firm and set.
- Cut and serve: Once chilled, remove the bars from the pan and cut them into individual pieces.
Weight Watchers Points:
- Points will vary depending on the brand of ingredients used, so be sure to calculate the points based on your specific items! Generally, the bars will be around 4-6 points per bar if you follow the recipe with sugar-free caramel and chocolate chips.
