Cheesy fries

Ingredients

3/4 cup canned coconut milk
3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
2 tbsp of tapioca flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
A pinch of smoked paprika

Put all ingredients into a sauce pan. Stir and whisk. Once all combined, turn on the heat until it starts bubbling. Stirring constantly. Then let it simmer on low hear for about a minute or until super smooth. Remember to stir and whisk to help it get creamy.

Adjust the seasonings to your liking. Add what you like. Omit what you don’t like. I added a Lil more seasoning than what the recipe called for. I eyeballed it so I couldn’t tell you the exact measurements. I added just a pinch of Urban Platters Vegan chicken bouillon powder too. I recommend to season it to taste.
