healthy creamy mushroom pasta sauce

Ingredients
Cup cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Cauliflower
Zucchini
Some leftover lentils
Pinch salt
2 tbls nootch
Cook everything except the seeds and nuts, in a little water until just soft.
Pop everything in a high powered blender, I use a vitamix.
Mix on high for 1 min 20 seconds or until smooth.
I add this to wholemeal pasta for my 6 year old son.
For us adults I add fried onions, garlic and mushroom and some white wine or vodka, then add the sauce until thick. You may need to add water as you go.
