Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, shredded cheese, diced red onion, bacon, and sunflower seeds.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
