Egg White Chips

Ingredients

  • ▢4 Egg Whites
  • ▢1 tablespoon Water
  • ▢Shredded Cheddar / Mozzarella Cheese
  • ▢Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 400°F and greasing a muffin tin with cooking spray or melted butter.
  • Thin the egg whites with the water. Add an equal amount of egg white to each muffin cavity (I used one with 12 cavities).
  • Top each with a small amount of cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
