Keto Sheet Pan Pizza
Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup pizza sauce (low-sugar)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, cooked sausage, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Make the Crust:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Mix in the eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined sheet pan, forming a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Pre-Bake the Crust:
- Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Add Sauce and Toppings:
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Bake Again:
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
