Turkey Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 slices deli Italian of sourdough bread slices
- 6 oz roasted turkey breast sliced
- 6 oz Brie cheese rind cut off, thinly sliced
- 4 Tbsp cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Note: this recipes makes two grilled cheese sandwiches but you can just as easily cut the recipe in half to make one or double to make more!
- Preheat a large pan over medium to medium-low heat and lightly grease it.
- Place bread in the pan and divide brie slices among all four slices of bread. Let it start melting.(Note: if Brie is too soft, you may need to spread it on the bread first, before adding it to the pan.)
- Layer turkey breast over two slices of bread and then spread cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Cover with second slice of bread and press lightly.
- Finish cooking the grilled cheeses until bread is golden and cheese is melted. Take them out of the pan, cut in half, and serve.
