Korean Fried Cauliflower over rice


ingredients.
Cauliflower (whole or cut florets)
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
I use Morton ligh salt (to taste)
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup vodka or you can use water
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
Cooking oil
Once you fry the cauliflower, you can use your favorite chilli sweet sauce on your cauliflower
For garnish, you can use chopped green onions or sesame seeds on top
