Ingredients:

- 6 slices of bacon
- For the Cookies:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup

Instructions:
- Cook the Bacon:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. Drain the bacon on paper towels and let it cool.
- Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
- Prepare the Cookie Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
