EASY FREEZY ORANGE CREAMSICLES

EASY FREEZY ORANGE CREAMSICLES

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, heavy cream (or coconut milk), honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Taste and Adjust:
    • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup.
  3. Pour into Molds:
    • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
  4. Insert Sticks:
    • Place the popsicle sticks into the molds. If your molds donโ€™t have slots for sticks, you can cover the molds with foil and then poke the sticks through the foil to hold them in place.
  5. Freeze:
    • Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Unmold and Enjoy:
    • To remove the creamsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull the creamsicles out and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a creamier texture, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • If you prefer a stronger orange flavor, you can add a bit of orange zest to the mixture.
  • These creamsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to a month, so you can always have a refreshing treat on hand.
