Air Fryer Recipes
AIR FRYER POLISH SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT, AND POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) sauerkraut, undrained (or 1 (2 pound) bag)
- 5-6 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 cup water
- 1 pound Polish sausage, cut into chunks (or smoked sausage)
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the Ingredients:Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
- Assemble in the Air Fryer Basket:In the air fryer basket, combine sauerkraut, potatoes, water, caraway seeds, bay leaf, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the Sausage:Arrange the chunks of Polish sausage on top of the sauerkraut and potatoes mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry:Air fry at 380°F for 25-30 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
- Serve:Remove the bay leaf before serving.
Serve hot, portioned into bowls or plates.
