‘Keto Pizza Chaffle

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (look for low-carb options)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms)

  1. Preheat your mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the egg. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon half of the batter into the waffle maker. Close the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and firm.
  4. Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and set it asid
