Keto butter cake
Ingredients:
- For the cake:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup granulated erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other low-carb milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or your preferred keto sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cake batter:
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Bake the cake:
