AIR FRYER NAAN PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • Naan bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Olive oil (optional, for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the Naan:
    • Place the naan bread on a clean surface. If desired, lightly brush the top side with olive oil for added crispiness.
  3. Assemble the Pizza:
    • Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce evenly over the naan bread.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering the naan evenly.
    • Add your favorite toppings. Be careful not to overload the naan to ensure even cooking.
  4. Air Fry:
    • Carefully place the assembled naan pizza in the air fryer basket or on the tray, depending on your air fryer model.
    • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges of the naan are crisp.
  5. Serve:
    • Once done, carefully remove the naan pizza from the air fryer.
    • Let it cool for a minute or two before slicing.
    • Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs like basil or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
  6. Enjoy:
