Keto Bacon Mac and Cheese Dog.. woooah!

Ingredients:-
For the Mac and Cheese:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bacon Mac and Cheese Dog:
- 4 keto-friendly hot dogs or sausages
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- Chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:-
- Prepare the Cauliflower Mac and Cheese:
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the drained cauliflower to the cheese sauce, and stir to coat well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.
- Cook the Hot Dogs:
- Preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Wrap each hot dog with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Cook the bacon-wrapped hot dogs until the bacon is crispy and the hot dogs are heated through, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
- Assemble the Keto Bacon Mac and Cheese Dog:
- Place each cooked hot dog in a keto-friendly bun or on a plate.
- Spoon a generous amount of the cauliflower mac and cheese over each hot dog.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each hot dog.
- Optionally, place under the broiler for a minute or two to melt and brown the cheese.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions, if desired.
