Crispy Ham Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Lay the ham slices flat on a clean surface. Place a tablespoon or two of the cheese mixture on each ham slice.
  4. Roll up the ham slices tightly, enclosing the cheese mixture inside.
  5. Place each ham roll seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Lightly spray or brush the tops of the rolls with cooking spray or olive oil.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the ham is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  9. Optionally, you can serve with your favorite dipping sauce….
