Air Fryer Frozen Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peas)
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or your preferred cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings of your choice
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen vegetables with olive oil until evenly coated. You can add more oil if needed, but be careful not to overdo it.
- Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Air fry the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. The exact time may vary depending on your air fryer and the size of the vegetables.
- Check the vegetables for doneness. They should be tender and lightly browned on the edges.
- Once done, remove the vegetables from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish or as part of a meal.
