Air Fryer Frozen Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peas)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil or your preferred cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen vegetables with olive oil until evenly coated. You can add more oil if needed, but be careful not to overdo it.
  3. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
  4. Once the air fryer is preheated, place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the basket to ensure even cooking.
  5. Air fry the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. The exact time may vary depending on your air fryer and the size of the vegetables.
  6. Check the vegetables for doneness. They should be tender and lightly browned on the edges.
  7. Once done, remove the vegetables from the air fryer and serve immediately as a side dish or as part of a meal.
