Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (make sure it’s low-carb or keto-friendly)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 8 low-carb tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Warm the low-carb tortillas according to the package instructions to make them more pliable.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly along one edge.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
  6. Place the rolled-up taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden and crispy.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve your Keto Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos with additional ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
