- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter until warm (about 120°F to 130°F). Add this mixture to the dry ingredients along with the eggs.
- Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to high and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
