Blackstone French Toast (Blueberries and Cream)

French toast is a classic breakfast dish that is delicious on its own, but pairing it with the right sides can take it to the next level on a Blackstone Griddle! There are several options to consider when deciding what to serve with French toast.
NGREDIENTS
- 6 slices of reduced calorie light bread
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cup of skim milk
- 1 to 2 tsps of vanilla
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Toppings
- Frozen berries
- Reddi Whip Fat-Free Topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a non stick skillet over medium-high heat or an outdoor griddle and spray it with cooking spray.
To make the custard combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until well combined.
Dip the slices of bread into the custard and make sure each side is coated. Place the bread in the skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown. Top with frozen berries, syrup, or reddi whip.
Serving Sizes: 2 slices of french toast.
