W/W Zero Point Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: a dash of paprika or herbs for extra flavor

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, non-fat Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add chopped green onions and celery to the mixture. These ingredients add crunch and freshness to the egg salad.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preferences.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. If desired, sprinkle a dash of paprika or your favorite herbs for added flavor.
