1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1 cup light whipped topping (sugar-free if available)
1 cup crushed low-fat graham crackers or reduced-fat digestive biscuits
Fresh berries or sliced fruit for topping
Instructions:-
Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened fat-free cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar substitute and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
Incorporate Yogurt and Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the fat-free Greek yogurt into the cream cheese mixture. Then, fold in the light whipped topping until fully incorporated.
