Weight Watchers Zero Point Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:-

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for a healthier option)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener (such as Stevia or any sugar substitute)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • Optional: A pinch of salt or a few drops of liquid stevia for added sweetness

Instructions:-

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and granulated sweetener. Mix well to combine.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and unsweetened applesauce to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If you’re using a pinch of salt or liquid stevia, add it in now.
  3. Microwave the mug on high for about 60-90 seconds. Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage, so keep an eye on the cake as it cooks. It’s done when it’s risen and firm to the touch.
