Soy sauce chicken wings with ginger and green onion

Ingredients
Wings 14-16 pieces
Ginger 2-3 tablespoon (minced)
Green onion 1-2 full stalk (Chopped)
Dark Soy sauce 3 tablespoon
(Light) Soy sauce 3 tablespoon
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Cooking Wine 1 tablespoon
(I prefer using Shaoxing wine๐Ÿ˜‰
As for ginger and green onions, you can use the lower scale of the amount. Itโ€™s just that I LOVE the flavour of ginger and green onions)

SAUCE:
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Sugar. 1 teaspoon ( flexible)
Water. 50 ml

Steps
1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate them for at least 15 mins
2. Heat the wok/nonstick pan with 2 tablespoon of oil. (I prefer nonstick pan for this dish๐Ÿ˜‰)
3. Then add the wings (keep the marinating sauce).
4. In medium high heat, fry each side for 2 mins with the lid on. (Cook for another 2 mins if the wings are big and thick)
5. Then add the marinating sauce and the SAUCE.
6. Cook for another 2 minutes. Do not cover the lid.
7. Stir from time to time until the sauce reduces to your desired thickness.
