Ingredients:

- 1 cup brown rice, cooked

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Ground Turkey:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Saute Vegetables:
- Add chopped onion, diced bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet with the cooked turkey. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Season:
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground turkey mixture with cooked brown rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Assemble the Casserole:
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with Cheese:
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake:
