German Pancake
INGREDİENTS
6 eggs
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of almond flour
2 tablespoons of granulated erythritol
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter, and optional toppings like berries, whipped cream, or sugar-free syrup.
INSTRUCTİONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a 10-inch cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan in the oven to heat up.
- In a blender or a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, almond flour, erythritol, vanilla, and salt until well combined and frothy.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the butter. Swirl to melt and coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it evenly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden.
- Cut into slices and serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
