In three separate bowls, place the flour in one, buttermilk in another, and breadcrumbs in the third.
Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour, then into the buttermilk, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan, combine the melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika. Heat over low heat until the mixture is well combined and heated through.
Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss until the pieces are well coated.
