0 Point Crustless Quiche

Ingredients:-

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:-

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a pie dish or baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set and slightly golden on top.
