Ingredients
- ▢2 lbs goat meat
- ▢½ onion
- ▢10 cups water
- ▢1 tablespoon salt
- ▢1 teaspoon thyme
- ▢1 teaspoon bouillon
- ▢2 tablespoon pepper soup spice
- ▢1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ▢1 tablespoon ground crayfish
Instructions
- Cut the onions and set aside.
- Wash goat meat under running water and place it in a pot.
Make it on the stovetop.
- Add 6 cups of water to the pot.
- Add the chopped onions, thyme, bouillon, and salt.
- Boil till tender (45 minutes to 1 hour).
- Add 4 more cups of water.
- Add pepper soup spice, cayenne pepper, and crayfish.
- Taste for salt and add more if needed.
- Simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
Make it in an instant pot.
- Place all the ingredients in your instant pot and add 8 cups of water.
- Set your instant pot to High Pressure for 40 minutes.
- Let the pressure naturally release when it’s ready.
