No Bake Weight Watchers Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 12 sheets)
  • 1/3 cup melted light butter or a sugar-free alternative

For the Filling:

  • 1 (1 oz) package sugar-free coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or another milk alternative)
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping

For Topping:

  • Additional whipped topping
  • Shredded coconut, toasted (optional)

Instructions:
