Air fryer baby back pork ribs

Ingredients:
- 1 rack of baby back pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons of your favorite dry rub or seasoning
- BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ribs:
- Start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. This will help the seasonings penetrate the meat better. You can do this by sliding a knife or your fingers under the membrane at one end and then pulling it off.
- Season the Ribs:
- Rub the ribs with your chosen dry rub or seasoning. Be generous with the seasoning to ensure the ribs have great flavor. You can use store-bought rubs or make your own with a combination of spices like paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C). This usually takes around 5 minutes.
- Cook the Ribs:
- Place the seasoned ribs in the air fryer basket, meat-side up. You may need to cut the rack in half to fit it in the basket, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350°F (180°C). It’s a good idea to check the ribs after 15 minutes to make sure they’re cooking evenly. You can flip them at this point if necessary.
- Continue cooking until the ribs are cooked through, and the meat is tender. You can also brush a little BBQ sauce on them during the last 5-10 minutes of cooking if you like saucy ribs. Make sure the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Rest and Serve:
- Once the ribs are done, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them between the bones.
- Serve the air-fried baby back pork ribs with your favorite sides, such as coleslaw, cornbread, or baked beans.
